Understand and apply the obligations of Relationship Managers in the provision of financial services. The training first presents the classification of the clientele according to the FinSA and the reasons for this classification as well as the possibilities for clients to request an opting in or an opting out. The second part of the training explains the rules of behaviour expected of the Relationship Manager when providing financial services. The training covers in detail the duty to provide information, at the beginning or during business relationships, in execution only, advisory relationships on individual transactions or on the entire asset management portfolio. Emphasis is placed on the rules of appropriateness and suitability as well as on the importance for the Relationship Manager to document the services agreed with clients.
